If you're an IPTVDB reader-member and are unhappy with your subscription for any reason within the first 30 days, email refunds@iptvdb.info and we'll refund the full amount. No questions, no retention playbook.
We correct factual errors within 48 hours of verified notification and publish every correction in our changelog with: (a) what was wrong, (b) what is now correct, (c) when it was fixed.
If you find an error, email corrections@iptvdb.info. Include the page, the claim, and — ideally — a source for what the correct fact is.
Providers who believe we have misreported their service can request a correction via corrections@iptvdb.info. We evaluate; if we agree, we correct within 48h. If we disagree, we publish the provider's challenge alongside our response so readers can evaluate.
